Characteristics of Polyurethane/Waste Rubber Powder Composite Modifier and Its Effect on the Performance of Asphalt Mixture

To solve the problems of storage stability and volatile organic compound emission waste-rubber-powder-modified bitumen, strategy preparing composite modifiers using waterborne polyurethane coating for waste rubber powder was proposed in an early-stage work.
